Labour are driving British pubs into the red, and it simply isn't fair.
Landlords like Patrick, who runs The Green Man in Swindon and owner John of the Tea Room at Ashwood Nurseries in Kingswinford are being hit hard by the Government’s lack of support for businesses in my constituency.
Under this Labour Government:
- 774,000 workers in the hospitality sector risk losing their jobs
- 1/3 of hospitality businesses are now operating at a loss
- Businesses face costs of £3.4 billion
I am committed to doing all that I can to support business owners like Patrick and John, who create valuable jobs within the hospitality sector in Kingswinford and South Staffordshire.
