It was a pleasure to be back out in the constituency today, this time visiting Codsall Community High School.
I had a productive conversation with Headteacher Mr. Simon Maxfield about the school’s recent achievements, as well as some of the challenges currently facing staff and pupils in secondary education. It’s clear that there is a strong sense of community within the school, and I’m grateful to both staff and students who took the time to share their experiences.
A particular highlight of the visit was meeting students who proudly showcased their artwork and explained the creative thinking behind their projects. The level of talent and thoughtfulness on display was truly impressive. We are fortunate to have such a high calibre of creative young people here in Kingswinford and South Staffordshire.
