Earlier this month, I hit the road once again for my 10th annual Mobile Surgery Summer Tour—and this year’s was the biggest yet, with sixteen stops across Kingswinford and South Staffordshire.
Each summer, I hold a series of informal pop-up surgeries throughout the constituency. These events are a great opportunity for residents to ask questions, share concerns, or simply have a friendly chat in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
It was fantastic to meet so many of you along the way, with strong turnouts at every location. I’m especially grateful to the local councillors who joined me at various stops throughout the tour. A particular highlight was being joined in Kingswinford by Councillor Patrick Harley, Leader of Dudley Council, on the final day. His insights into the work being done in Kingswinford, Wordsley, and Wall Heath were incredibly valuable.
If you couldn’t make it to one of this summer’s stops, don’t worry—a new round of surgeries will begin in September. If you’d like to find out when I’ll be in your area next, please do feel free to get in touch with my constituency office team, who will be happy to help using the details on the 'Tell Mike' section of my website.
I look forward to commencing my next Summer Tour in 2026.
